Nehmen-Kodner was recommeded to STL, a reseller and secondary marketer of telecommunications equipment. The referral was from a printer who networked with STL’s owner. This is word-of-mouth at it’s best—N-K was “pre-qualified” as an expert resource. STL was in dire need to new marketing materials. The goal was to re-design STL’s logo, stationary and brochure, which were out of date and ugly. STL needed an image to set them apart from their competitors.

Solution:

• Start from scratch: after a in-depth meeting to discuss strengths and weaknesses, N-K Creative had free reign to start fresh with concepts and design.
• N-K Creative felt STL had equity in their logo, but it needed to be simplified. The opportunity was to improve and refine StL’s brandmark to make it easier to reproduce in all media: web, wearables, print, signage
• Brochure: N-K’s concept reflected STL’s mission to “be the best”
• The image of a runner at the St. Louis arch captured their spirit “leading the way.” StL was a leader in their industry by providing outstanding products and services.

Results:

• STL was extemely satisfied with the results and benefitted from a professional identity
• A new brand distinguished STL from their competitors
• Improved overall sales and inquiries from prospective customers
